Requirements
Why use iMonkey iPhone Client?
- Control MediaMonkey from your iPhone/iPod Touch.
- No "line-of-sight" needed to control MediaMonkey which may be stored in a closet or somewhere esle out of the way in your house.
- While Apple has provided an iPhone remote for ITunes...what about the rest of us that don't use ITunes but want to control MediaMonkey?
- You are already using MediaMonkey so now you can take it to the next level.
- Hosting a party? DJ it it right from your iPhone/iPod Touch without your partygoers getting their dirty little fingers on your playlist. Ruining your mojo!

When the application is running you can control MediaMonkey from
iMonkey with Player Controls play, pause, stop, shuffle, repeat, mute etc. Single
tap the album cover to Play/Pause.

From the Settings
application on the iPhone just enter the IP Address
and Port of the Windows PC running iMonkey Server you want to connect to.

Navigate your current playlist and immediately start playing any song you select from your playlist.
|
|
|
Turn your phone to the side for cool landscape view. From here you can see song progress and rate songs by clicking on the stars.

|
|
You can load any one of your Smartlists from the Smartlist tab. It will immediate load and start playing the first song of that playlist.
Due to constraints on resources on the device, we will only load a maximum of 750 songs into the playlist.

The info window just gives you some details about iMonkey Client.
